Melbourne is the capital of Victoria and is Australia’s second largest city with a population of 4 million people. An international study recently concluded that Melbourne is one of the world’s most livable cities. As the cultural capital of Australia, Melbourne offers fine dining, museums, galleries and theatres, as well as many parks and gardens which offer a peaceful retreat from city bustle. Most importantly, it has outstanding schools.
We are proud of the diversity of our student population and we welcome approximately 35 students from a variety of countries. International students quickly feel at home at Camberwell.
We are a member of the Melbourne Schools Partnership International (MSPI), a unique alliance between the University of Melbourne and a group of leading Victorian schools. International students attending Camberwell have the opportunity to participate in a number of on-campus programs at the University of Melbourne. The main purpose of these activities is to inspire students about future study options and to motivate them to maximise their talents and abilities.

Transition and Orientation
We make every effort to welcome new students to Camberwell and our Head of Pastoral Care works closely with each family to ensure that their daughters transition is enjoyable and as smooth as possible.
Transition and Orientation Programs are held for all new students and Parent Information Sessions are offered as well.
